One time password sent to the wrong account

One time password sent to the wrong account

I cannot log in to my mail, firstname@lastname.com, because the Zoho system sends a one-time password to firstname@lastname.com.  Sorry Zoho, I can't tell you that password because you won't let me log on :)

What should I do to get the one time password sent to a different email address?
