ongoing bank sync problems
My bank feed broke May 14th 2021
Since then I just get an endless stream of we are working on it, "Kindly bear with us for sometime" from support
Multiple times I have asked to speak to managers and half the time they don't call at all. If they do call they just ask me to wait more and promise to get more info and call me back, and then they don't
a D- rating with the BBB and bad reviews about support online, perhaps I should have done more research before signing up.
