Only a small amount of information shows in the calender pane

Hi, I put around 30 words in each entry for my work, so I can see at a glance where I am going and at what time etc. This works perfectly on the Google calendar I have been using for years, I am in the process of switching to Zoho, which is as good, with a very similar interface ........ with one exception, I need to mouse over each pane to get more information, and there are only about 7 or 8 words visible in each pane, even when I have elongated the pane, it still shows just one line, and a lot of fresh air. Am I doing something wrong, please advise.
