Hi Zoho
Have been a Zoho One admin for some years now, got onboard just when One launched
The apps and intergrations are abolutely amazing and we constantly add new productivity boosters and survey the updates brought from the team.
It can however be quite challenging to keep up with what's new and what's in the pipeline.
Often times i get the "we are planning it, it's on the roadmap, we will advise you when the feature is ready" and must confess to forget most of these requests or promises until we need them again.
Therefore i would suggest an open roadmap like companies Autodesk and Unreal are using in their product development:
Not only do they build trust and ready admins for upcomming features they are also linked to users forums and directly show the connection between user feedback and actual development neuting the "we did not ask for feaure A, please just fix feature B before launching anything else"
This roadmap could span the entire Zoho One app line up, filterable to app, planned feature, considered feature, developed feature. No more grinding the forums to look for an upvoteable feature that some one already posted years ago.
I really hope Zoho will consider this, actually also buiilding it into the Zoho App, make a Cliq bot and newsletter tied to this, the Zoho Blog would also somehow integrate.
It could even be a new Zoho app like:
