Hi

Does anyone know a way that changes the behaviour of the open filter. At the moment 'unassigned' shows emails not yet assigned, and 'open' shows assigned emails not archived. Thats a little un-intuituve as an email is 'open' even if it is assigned - and so when I check the mailbox I have to check both the unassigned and the open tabs. 

A custom filter does work, but it appears at the bottom of the menu .There appears to be no way to get the custom filter to the top menu.
