After a person has exited employment or their employment status is changed from FTE (Full Time Employment) to Remote Consultant as a policy we had the Payroll access to the person disabled. 

However now if we need to retrieve all the payslips from inception to change of status (exit/change) it seems we have an impasse situation in Zoho Payroll. Our HR executive who had a training with Zoho Payroll seems to have been informed to retrieve only the latest three payslips. 

Are the old payslips being deleted from the system? How do we retrieve the older ones through backend or admin interface?
