we wanted to delete an option inside a pick list in the module Leads.

For reasons unknown we cannot edit or delete the entry "Nicht qualifiziert". I looked through every workflows etc and cannot find any dependencies on that field. What could be the reason?

And second, why are the options split into a value and a dropdown? This is the only pick list that looks like this, we do not want or need these dropdowns on the right, how can we edit (=remove) them? I cannot find any option for that. A former colleague might have added that but he's not there anymore to ask.
