Organizational email addition problem: cannot get confirm code sent to email - Please help

Zoho Customer support - please help.  

I am using ZOHO CRM. I am trying to add an additional organizational email.  When I click "resend" to get the confirmation code email - it never shows up in the inbox.  I've tried numerous times but the email and confirmation code never arrives, so I cannot confirm the email I'm trying to add.  What can i do??  I've included a picture to help resolve the issue.
