Our email sender gets blocked every now and then.

Our platform sends automatic emails when the user registers, when they change their passwords, etc.
And once or twice per month, we send about 200 to 250 emails in one day, to remind users that they have completed 3 months since their registration.
These 200 to 250 emaila are sent only once or twice per month.
And we have about 20 password resets per day (2 emails per request).
Are we doing something wrong?
What are the limits we can use?
