Outgoing emails to btinternet or talk21.com blocked.

I need someone to contact me on asap on +44 7704 988444. I have ongoing problems emailing members with either a btinternet.com or talk21.com email address. Every time I return the email that has come into my email account - info@newa.expert it says its undelivered for some reason.

Please please please can you help me on this aspect.
