I am using Office 2000 SP3 under Windows XP SP3 on 2 computers with 2 different Gmail accounts.
On one computer, which uses XP Home Edition, the Zoho Calendar plugin works perfectly.
On the other computer, which uses XP Professional, I have not yet been able to use the Zoho Calendar because it gives these problems:
1. After trying to sign in I get a '
Security Warning' window which says:
"
Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely? [Yes] [No]"
2. Upon clicking either 'Yes' or 'No', after about 4 seconds a 'Zoho CALENDAR Outlook Edition' window opens that says: "Invalid Username or Password [OK]".
(I know the Username and Password are correct because I can log into Zoho with them).
Furthermore, after I click the 'OK' button and then 'Cancel' in the Zoho Sign-in window, I find I
am signed in and the Outlook plugin's '
Calendar Options' button is available.
3. When I click the '
Calendar Options' dropdown arrow and then choose the only option, '
Sync', I get a new window that says '
Starting Synchronization'. At this point the application seems to hang, with very little data being sent over the network. After up to 30 minutes I give up.
I have tried this procedure:
2. Sign out of Zoho
3. Uninstall the Zoho addin,
4. Reboot the computer
5. Reinstall the Zoho addin
Unfortunately this still hasn't fixed the problem.
Please help.
Yours sincerely,
David McMurray
