Outlook Connector

Has any users ever managed to use the Outlook connector to add candidates then update those candidates?

The main issue for me at the moment is that parsing attachments either only takes one attachment or adds a new candidate for each attachment. 

So an email with 1 CV attached and 2 certificates when parsed gives me 3 candidates,1 for each attachment. Only one of which has the email. This is unworkable when we get 10 or 20 new candidates at a time.
