Overall translation quality
Dear Zoho Team,
I really love what you do, how you and your products grow. The only thing i don't understand is the quality of the translation, for everything.
We use most of your products. And i haven't seen any good translation yet. We prefer Russian language, you provide its support time to time, but the quality is poor, really poor.
It seems to us you use something like "Google Translate" to translate your products.
That's very important if you want users all around the world. It's much more important then any UI improvement you've already done. Users don't care what color you use for menubar, how MacOsish you menu looks and so on.
Why don't you pay attention to this? That's not a "rocket science", there are lots of very good translators in every country, just hire them and do the job.
For example, one of the key features of Microsoft ~17 years ago (and it's still one of their important advantage) was a very polished translation. Nobody could ever find any mistake, doesn't matter what was the language.
Even Google check it at least twice, as far as i can see.
Please, pay attention. I suppose lots of your users are from developing countries where English is not the native language, so everybody waits for the good translation.
P.S. I've posted about 10 different requests about Russian language. Just take a look. I'm ready to help you, i don't need any payments/whatever, i can easily help you with that, as i've already done for tens of big OpenSource projects.
Thank you in advance.
