Package & Shipment Dates Cannot Equal the Sales Order Date

When creating a package that has the same date as the sales order the following error is received:

Almost there, but...
    • The package date should be on or after sales order date.
The same problem occurs when creating the shipment:

Almost there, but...
    • The shipping date should be on or after sales order date.
The only way to circumvent these errors is by putting in a package and/or shipment date after the sales order date.

Can these validation processes be corrected to allow the package, shipment, and sales order dates to be the same?
