I am trying to find a solution to a problem we are experiencing.  At present when we are building an mass email to prospect a candidate to our 'Contact' database, clearly we have to exclude the candidates current employers.

The sector we work in has a number of large company's who own multiple subsidiary companies under different trading names.  Clearly when our Consultants are trying to build a prospect email list it is taking a large amount of time to unselect these companies.

In trying to develop a work-around, in the 'Client' field we can update the 'Parent client' field, but this field does not pull through to 'Contacts' for us to add in to our search criteria (this is the simpliest solution I can think of).  Does anyone else face similar issues, and therefore have a solution please.....
