I'm sorry for having a brain fart!  I'm sure this is something simple and I'm just missing it.  Our surveys are Event or Group specific.

When someone fills out the survey, I have it set to integrate with zoho crm and pass all the data into our leads module, which it does!  These are the answers to the questions however.  I need the title of the survey to also be stored in the leads module.
