I can see you can easily pass a parameter from a URL to a form, simply by putting:

xxxxxx/?Field_Name=Value

I have tested this and it works passing a parameter to a form.

I have created a Page, and embedded the Form within that page. The page has been published. I have added the above to the end of the published URL however this does not work.

Can you please parameters via URL to a form when its embedded in a published page?
