Password for Unattended Access
Is there a way to set a password for unattended access? If I'm the technician, I want my customer to have a password on their computer for unattended access, so only I can access it remotely via Assist. Can I set that up? How can I be sure that no one else can login to that computer?

Unattended Access (Beta) is live! Unattended Access, a feature requested by a lot of our customers is live now. Currently, it's in beta. You can add up to 100 computers per Technician subscription. They can also be accessed by your organization members. My Computers list in Zoho Assist home page will always display the online status of your unattended computers.
