Password issue

Password issue

Good morning my name is Fabio Beltrame

I have an account with you with the username  pearsolutions@zoho.com.  Unfortunately I have lost the account password and also don't have access to the registering email address neither so I'm having difficulty recovering my password. I have had a general hardware failure and lost a lot of data as well as my backup.

Information
Well when I signed I spoke to one of your representatives I was informed that in order to sign up for an account I would need to have a domain, seeing that I didn't have a web server up this representative asked me to politely send her a screenshot of my domain name account which is registered under united domains, and from the my account was accepted. When registering I left a verification email  fbeltrame@gmail.com. Unfortunatley I do not have access to this email I have a similair issue with the gmail account. I used the email account as pop3 but I think I have left a copy of my emails on the account.

I'll be happy to give any other verification information. It is very important for to recuperate this account seeing that I have email account who are rerouted to this email box which I don't have access to. If you have old user logs you'll be able to see that I haven't had access to the account from approx 2-3 months from when I've had this hardware crash and lost all saved credentials on my backup, and that the last longing atempts I've been trying to remember my password.

I'll be happy to provide any other verification information if needed.
