Password Vault - Unable to access pre-existing accounts after activating Azure (Entra) SSO

We're having an issue converting to Azure (Entra) SSO with the password vault.  We've noticed that after we enable the SSO settings, the user accounts created before SSO were enabled are no longer accessible.  Is there a way to designate certain accounts to use Azure as an IDP and others to continue using regular ZOHO IDP.  At this time, it appears to be an all or nothing switch to AZURE SSO.
