Paying First and Last Month of Subscription

Our company is trying to figure out payment processing. 

We're going to be using 12 month subscriptions & need to capture payment for the first and last month at the beginning of the subscription. What I have seen so far is that we're only able to charge for single month at a time. 

What is the best way to accomplish this?
