payment gateway setup and saved - but still get warning that I need to set it up

payment gateway setup and saved - but still get warning that I need to set it up

I have setup a PayPal standard payment gateway.

I have an invoice ready to go and I still get the warning at top that says the gateway needs to be setup?

Why? How do I get the system to see that I have a payment method setup?
