Is it just me or does it sometimes seem that the right hand is not talking to the left? I guess I have explained at least 5 times that I was never able to use CRM because of tech issues that Zoho could not rectify and yet they refuse to refund the payment I made for the service. I gave names on the tech side who can easily verify what I am saying is true but no. All I get is "you did not cancel within 20 days". No, I did not because I hung in there waiting for the issues to be resolved. Is that the best Zoho can do?

Oh, and whilst I am at it does anyone else have a list of unresolved tech issues? I dread it when chat says they will come back to me because...they rarely do or it takes absolutely ages!
