Hi all!

I have an issue with one of my clients not being able to make a payment via paypal. They have said they have submitted the payment but nothing as come into my PayPal account. The below is visible when looking at the invoice payment:

Please can anyone help as to why this is doing this and how to solve it so that I can be paid?
