I have two businesses. One is just sole proprietorship and I moved from Quickbooks Online to Zoho Books and am loving it.  However after testing Zoho Payroll with the idea of maybe moving the larger partnership business off Quickbooks Online, it pales in comparison to Quickbooks Payroll.  Direct Deposit needs 3 business days instead of next business day and more importantly it doesn't have a Contractor (1099) setup ability (and we used mostly contractors).

Does anyone know if Zoho Books will integrate fairly tightly/seamlessly with a 3rd party payroll service like Gusto?  Or is any 3rd party payroll integration going to be a bit clunky/cumbersome compared to Zoho Payroll?
