Permission denied when trying to log call from within Zoho iOS app

Permission denied when trying to log call from within Zoho iOS app

Hello,

Whenever I make a call from within the iOS app, I am getting the error:

"Permission denied to add record. Please contact your administrator."

I am the only user on my account and obviously have full administrative rights.

It just started saying this today and before then it would ask if I would like to log the call.

Does anyone know why I might be getting this message?
