I run a textile trading business and have been using Zoho for the past year while also maintaining my previous software due to initial uncertainties about Zoho's performance. Despite investing significant amounts in customization and license fees, I am now extremely frustrated with your team.
Zoho, a global brand renowned for its growth and revenue, surprisingly has a weak internal team that seems inflexible in their operations. I have been tirelessly following up with the Books Inventory and Creator teams, but the lack of solutions and constant redirection is highly frustrating. Additionally, the API plans offered are impractical for a transaction-intensive business like mine. Every day, I hit the limits within 2-3 hours and face the choice of either paying an additional 6-8K Rs monthly or repeating this ordeal daily, even with the best plan in ZOHO ONE.
Compared to other basic software, Zoho ERP appears to be more about marketing hype rather than actual functionality. I am desperate to reach out to Sridhar Vembu to explain that capturing the Indian trading ERP market could be immensely beneficial for Zoho. It seems that the focus is more on international markets, causing a disconnect with the core needs of Indian businesses.
As a member of the textile trading community and an XLRI graduate who has always embraced technology, this experience with Zoho has left me questioning whether to continue using your software or revert to more primitive solutions. I urge you to escalate this matter to Sridhar Vembu or a logical team unit who can understand and address these issues.
