Hello Abdul,

Regarding our talk during the last Q&A, here is what I was think about (I found this example in your app Zoho Workerly)

"In a candidate list, why can't we add a column to display the picture we sometimes have on the candidate page detail? I read that some people are complaining about the UI being "dim and low", that might add a nice "touch" to Recruit."

Hi Olivier,

As I mentioned in the previous session, We are constantly changing the look and feel. Please let us know if anything in particular that needs to be changed. 

Regarding the column to display the picture query, we cannot take it immediately. It would be helpful if you can let us know the reason behind the requirement.

No specific reason, or at least not one that would allow us to do a better job.
Just as we can upload pictures on candidate page (via Linkmatch or manual upload), why not being able to see the pictures next to the candidates' names in a list (a small one).

But that's not really a requirement, just an observation.
