Zoho Learn provides hub-level and space-level policies to manage the actions of the users in your hub. The hub admin can decide which users can create spaces and courses in your hub. They can also enable or disable external sharing and email notification for all hub users. The space admins can also set policies to restrict the manual creation for the users in the space.
