I have recently adapted the Fleet Hub Management app within Creator for our team to use. I have locked down certain parts of the app for the Admin only to have access to and have created a separate profile for drivers (Zoho One users) to use which only allows them to submit certain forms within the app. This has so far worked fine.

However we have a couple of sub contractors who we would like to submit forms through the app, through the portal. The issue I am having is locking down areas of the app again, so that the portal user does not have access to everything in the app. I have been into the portal settings and have set up the default so the portal user only has access to one form but when you log in as a portal user, you can still see everything in there.  How can I lock this down please to avoid this happening. Tying myself up in knots!
