HI ! I am VERY happy to see Zoho Sign as part of the Zoho ONE integration! We can hopefully ditch our $50/month signing platform in fair of this.
One question: We have a nondisclosure form, and a terms and conditions form that we send out to many/all clients. It would be nice to have those documents reside in Zoho, with the fields already set up, so that we do not have to manually assign each field each time....that makes the chance of missing a field higher, which could be legally bad for us.
Is there a way to pre-set those fields, and then assign them to users at the assignment stage?
