Previous answers blank
Hi there,
Several respondents have this morning reported that there survey access no longer includes all there previous answers they had completed in deployment of stage 1 and 2. We released stage 3 on thursday night and didn't have anyone advise of any issues. Then this afternoon, individuals re-accessing the survey have notified me that their previous answers to stage 1 and 2 are gone.
Another admin confirmed she also has the same issue. I have checked the reporting page and those survey respondents asnwers appear to have been recorded against their IP, though are not showing to respondents when they access the survey.
