problem in joomla 3.7.0

Hi, I have tried the plug in Zoho SalesIQ in my Joomla 3.7.0 site but I receive this message: Strict Standards: Redefining already defined constructor for class plgSystemZoho_SalesIQ in /home/pinolerotours/public_html/plugins/system/zoho_salesiq/zoho_salesiq.php on line 22

And the site cannot show the pictures in the correct aspect, the images are stretched long.

Any idea on how to solve this issue?
