Problem using the upload tool with mssql database

I'm trying to use your upload tool with our inhouse mssql db.  I downloaded it and followed the configuration instructions.  I keep getting this error.

  We have discontinued ticket support for Zoho APIs. We recommend you to replace the program with Authentication Token. For details, please refer our API guide available in https\://apihelp.wiki.zoho.com

RESULT=FALSE
