Problem with Permissions for accessing files

Hey folks!

I have a Samsung with Android 13 on it. I'm trying to update the app permissions so I can save notes as a PDF. I have given the app as many permissions for everything I have access to, but it still says I need to give access to files and photos. 

Any suggestions for getting this to work?
