Problem with Video Interview/One-way interview

I tried to do the video interview using the URL which is provided by zazz.io, but after I went through the instructions, the next screen just showed a black box and a loading animation without any request for access to the mic and camera. 

I waited for about 30 minutes and then tried to refresh the page but the result was the same and I have tried a couple of times, I tried manually with the given URL, I even tried opening it on another browser and computer but the page still just showed a black box and loading animation without any questions appearing.

Is it possible for you to provide me with another link or solution for this? I would really appreciate it, thank you very much.
