I noticed this red flag popped up as I was creating a document and that it could not be overridden - I first tried waiting but the automatic saving had stopped, then I tried to manually save but that didn't work either.  I then tried to get around it by copying the text and closing out of the frozen document, then going back in and pasting over - which would have worked except that your copy/paste bug, which I reported many weeks ago, still hadn't been fixed!  Sadly for me, I forgot that the mouse commands that work with every other webpage and document editor do not work in Zoho, therefore my text had never been copied, and when I closed out of the frozen document I lost all of my work.  I am very annoyed, this hasn't happened to me for ten years.  I know I can use the keyboard shortcuts but this isn't what I usually do and sometimes I forget that Zoho is a special case.  So, my complaints are 1) if there is a problem with the automatic save function there should be a way to manually override or problem-solve without having to close the document and risk losing your work; and 2) can you please get around to fixing the copy/paste bug?
