Problems with outbound mail from Zeptomail
Hi,
We are getting many softbounce errors using Zeptomail via zoho creator stating connection issues. Some examples are below.
We dont send many emails, but most are having problems which is incredibly frustrating and problematic for us.
I have been asked to create another application, get another subscription for zoho creator, but if are having so many issues sending just a few emails I am very reluctant and may need to do elsewhere.
Can you please respond and tell me what we can do to make this more reliable?
