zFlow Concern Adding zDesk Ticket Comment

Hi Zoho Team,

I would like to ask how can I properly call this ticket comment based on certain condition. As what you can see below, zDesk ticket comments was being reiterated. Or Am I missing something? 

zFlow:
   [Trigger] zDesk Ticket Status Change to (Site Support) -> [Action] Create Task -> [Action] Add Ticket Comment.

This is the result  there's a loophole.
