Public Links for Zoho Social

In order to create a bulk upload to Zoho Social, the images/videos attached to posts must have a public link. We are using Zoho Workdrive to store our images/videos. 

Creating a public link on Zoho Workdrive is a tedious multiple-click process for each individual image (outlined below). If I have one video for each day that has been formatting for posting to three channels (7 days x 1 video x 3 channels = 21) and it takes me 2 minutes to create a public link with the current process (21 videos x 2 minutes)... I will be spending approximately 42 minutes just creating these public links for videos. 

Alternatively...

Permalinks require one button click and create a link for every item that is selected. However, as per customer support, permalinks are not applicable substitution for a public link on the Zoho Social bulk upload document. There is no method for creating a public link in bulk. 

Please develop an easier, less time consuming process creating links applicable to Zoho Social Bulk Upload.

Current steps for Creating a Public Link in Zoho Workdrive:

1. Right-click to select the file or folder you want to share externally and select Share.

2. Click New External Share link and enter a custom name for your file in the text box.

3. Enable link properties according to your preference such as adding a password, expiry date or providing access to download your file. 

4. Name the link.

5. Once done, click Create. The link will be created and appear at the bottom of the Share dialog. 

6. Finally, click Copy Link and share it with others.
