Totally new to Zoho and scripting. Does anyone know a simple way to pull information from a customer module called serial numbers, linked to accounts in CRM into Desk?

Seems you can show desk tickets in CRM modules, but can't easily have a field in desk that will pull the serial numbers from the custom module.

Again, scripting is all alien for me, so any ideas/guidance is greatly appreciated.
