We have a question about integrating Zoho with third party apps for automation purpose.
General scenario is:
We have Palo Alto XDR software and this software is generating some incidents. Our goal is to automatically create a ticket in Zoho as soon as a new incident is created in Palo Alto XDR. Palo Alto XDR allows you to PULL data about incidents from itself using a python script. This script runs directly(from ZOHO side) and makes API calls to our XDR and gets required incidents with information. Next, a ticket is created, and the fields must contain information from the incident.
So, is it possible to do? Want to note that we have the script, and we need to deploy it only on ZOHO DESK side.
