Hello there.

Current functionality doesn't appear to allow a method to show when a Purchase Order has been confirmed by a vendor (i.e. confirmed it's received and accepted).  

It would be good to have some method to either manually allow a user to confirm that a vendor has confirmed a P/O (i.e. Purchase Order Confirmed) or long term a method in the email you send to a vendor for them to click a button to confirm the PO has been confirmed (Saves Zoho users from having to call the vendor or chase them up).  

Yes - this can be achieved with a custom field, but I believe many in the community would benefit from this functionality, and given we are limited on the number of fields we can create, it's not beneficial to have to use custom fields to fix functionality (i.e. it's better to save a custom field for what is truely custom or unique to a Zoho customer).  

Is there a better way of doing this that I am unaware of?
