Purchased additional storage but it is not showing up

We purchased an additional 5GB of storage for our wikis, but they still appear to be capped at 1GB.
Also, we deleted a number of files, and emptied the Trash, but the disk space usage is reported as being the same.
We cannot post any new attachments, so please contact us as soon as possible.
