Push chat transcript from SalesIQ to CRM not working
I setup salesIQ > CRM integration and made sure "Push Chat Transcript as attachment in CRM" is activated. Yet the only thing that I can find in the CRM is a note and the first line of the chat on the page of the "head guy" of the contact. But no attachments Did I miss something or do I look in the wrong places?
Additionally: When I check out the lead page I don't even see the first line and it looks as if there was no interaction with the cust. at all.
