Push notifications no longer working
Hi Zoho Team,
I have been running the Zoho mail app on iOS8 with an iphone 6, and
after disabling push notifications once I have not been able to
successfully re-enable them.
I have tried:
- signing out, then back in on the app itself
- removing, then re-installing the app
- ending all sessions in the settings section on the desktop UI
- deleting all the API tokens in the settings section on the desktop UI
Upon re-installing I should be prompted by iOS to allow push
notifications (which I am not).
Please help.
