Question about Subforms and Salesforce CRM

We are a small nonprofit, providing food and toys to families in the surrounding school district. We are setting up a Salesforce grant database to track family nominations, needing to get family address information and age/gender identity for each child in the household. 
I was hoping to use Zoho forms as the public facing data collection point, with the main Form collecting the adult contact info and address. Then I thought we could use Subform to collect the Age, first name and gender identity of each child in the house. 
The Household and address information would go into the Account in Salesforce CRM, and we would want the Child information to go into either Contact or a custom Children object. 
Is this possible? Will the Subform collect info for 0-10 kids, and put them in Contacts related to the Family account?
I haven't upgraded the license yet, as I wanted to be sure this was even possible before I started a subscription. Thank you!
