Installation

Getting the extension added to your WordPress site is easy. Just Upload the zip file of the extension (download link below) into your site's "wp-content" folder.


Or if you prefer, you can install Zoho LiveDesk directly from your WordPress admin page. 

In your administration console, Visit the Plugins - > Add New -> Search for 'Zoho LiveDesk'. Then Click to install the extension.

Once installed, activate the plugin so you can begin to chat with your customers and visitors directly from your WordPress sites.

To receive live chat notifications you should be logged in to https://livedesk.zoho.com/
