Quit receiving messages within the CRM app

In an attempt to streamline, I have been trying to use the app for message instead of the native mail app on my iphone/ipad, to gain the retention of the trail within Zoho.  But it stopped working 2 weeks ago, and I have no idea why.  Any ideas?  It still shows emails received February 9th, and does not update after refreshing.  Thanks for the help in advance.
