Quote's relationship with CRM, Zoho Sign and Subscription
Hi folks,
I just figured out the quotes and products section in CRM. As my way of thinking, I kindly wanted to know how I can make them talk to each other for such a case written below:
- Creating quotes and assign them to accounts.
- Sending those quotes to my customers by using Zoho Sign - it is nice to have.
- When my customer accepts by quotes, I will turn them as won. When I do it, how will the rest of this process work?
When I make the quotes accepted assigned to an account, Can it create products automatically and insert them into the account? Does it make the lead won automatically? In addition, when that quote is accepted, how does it talk to the subscription? How can I make them talk?
How do you guys make that process efficient or how should it be?
